SUPPORT FAQ

Before submitting a service request

Where can I find the equipment serial number?

The model and serial number are normally printed on the machine nameplate and may also appear on the electrical drawing or original delivery documents.

Can support be provided remotely?

Many configuration, alarm and operating questions can be reviewed remotely when you provide the model, serial number, alarm code, photos or video. Site service may still be recommended after diagnosis.

How do I order original spare parts?

Submit the equipment model, serial number, part code where available, quantity and delivery location. Compatibility is verified before a quotation is issued.

Can older systems be upgraded?

Upgrade feasibility depends on the controls, components, safety requirements and production target. Submit the existing system details for an engineering review.
