Client Overview

Nanjing Yongxin Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.

An injection molding manufacturer producing plastic components for the household appliance industry, operating a multi-machine production facility in Nanjing, China.

Plant Size 5000 m² production facility

Challenge

The customer was establishing a new injection molding facility and required the complete production infrastructure to be planned from the ground up. Rather than building separate utility and material handling systems around individual machines, the customer wanted an integrated factory-wide solution that could provide stable material supply, chilled water, electricity, and compressed air to 30 injection molding machines. A major objective was long-term scalability. The factory needed to remain efficient and technologically relevant for many years, while allowing additional machines to be installed without major reconstruction of the existing infrastructure. The customer also required greater visibility of material consumption, electricity usage, compressed-air consumption, water pressure, and water temperature instead of relying only on manual observation.
