Efficient Material Conveying for Flexible Production

The TSA Series Detachable Autoloader is designed for automatic conveying of plastic raw materials to injection molding machines, extruders, hopper dryers, and other processing equipment. Using vacuum negative-pressure conveying, the system automatically transfers material from the storage tank to the receiving hopper when material demand is detected. Conveying capacity can reach up to 2,000 kg/h, with a maximum loading distance of up to 10 m. The open-type separated design allows flexible installation and convenient operation. High-power models from approximately 1.5 HP to 10 HP are available for applications requiring larger conveying capacity. Multi-receiver configurations can also support multiple machines or material conveying points, helping reduce equipment and installation costs.

Operating Workflow

How It Works

Material Demand Detection

The material level sensor detects when additional material is required in the receiving hopper.

Vacuum Generation

The blower starts automatically and creates negative pressure inside the hopper receiver.

Material Conveying

Plastic material is drawn from the storage tank through the material pipe and transported to the hopper receiver.

4

Automatic Discharge

When the conveying cycle is complete, the blower stops and the collected material is discharged into the hopper by gravity.

5

Cycle Repeats Automatically

The system automatically starts the next conveying cycle whenever the material level falls below the required level.
