Operating Workflow
How It Works
Material Level Detection
The sensor detects when additional raw material is required in the receiving hopper.
Vacuum Generation
The motor starts automatically and generates negative pressure inside the hopper.
Material Conveying
Raw material is drawn from the storage tank through the conveying pipe into the hopper.
Automatic Discharge
When conveying is complete, the motor stops and the collected material is discharged to the processing equipment.
Automatic Repeat
The conveying cycle restarts automatically when the material level falls below the set level.
