Operating Workflow
How It Works
Material Feeding
Plastic raw materials are loaded through the lower feeding port into the mixing chamber.
Spiral Lifting
The rotating vertical screw continuously lifts material from the bottom of the chamber toward the top.
Material Dispersion
Material reaching the top is dispersed outward and falls back along the chamber wall.
Continuous Circulation
The lifting and falling process repeats continuously to distribute different materials throughout the batch.
Uniform Mixing
Continuous spiral circulation produces a uniform material mixture ready for the next production process.
