Core Advantages

Efficient Mixing for Large-Volume Production

The TMV-S Series Large Vertical Mixer is designed for high-volume mixing of plastic raw materials, including virgin resin, regrind, plastic granules, and masterbatch. The vertical spiral screw continuously lifts material from the bottom of the mixing chamber to the top. The material then falls back along the chamber wall and repeats this circulation process, providing fast and uniform mixing throughout large batches. Mixing capacities range from 500 to 5,000 kg. Stainless steel material-contact components, a heavy-duty spiral screw, bottom feeding, simultaneous feeding and mixing, safety interlock protection, and optional heating and level detection functions make the TMV-S Series suitable for demanding large-scale material preparation.

Large Batch Capacity

Capacities up to 5,000 kg allow large volumes of plastic raw materials to be processed in each batch.

Uniform Material Mixing

Continuous vertical circulation distributes different materials evenly throughout the mixing chamber.

Higher Production Efficiency

Material can be fed while mixing continues, helping shorten preparation time and improve workflow efficiency.

Reduced Manual Handling

Bottom feeding and large-capacity operation reduce repetitive material handling during production.

Key Features

Built for Heavy-Duty Material Mixing

  • Spiral Mixing System The vertical spiral screw lifts material from the bottom to the top, creating continuous circulation for fast and uniform mixing.
  • Stainless Steel Contact Parts Material-contact components are made of stainless steel to help prevent contamination and simplify cleaning.
  • Heavy-Duty Screw Assembly The main screw shaft is made of 304 stainless steel with 3 mm thick 201 stainless steel spiral blades for durable operation.
  • Bottom Material Feeding The bottom feeding port provides convenient material loading and reduces manual lifting requirements.
  • Detachable Upper Assembly The barrel cover, reducer, and motor use a detachable design to simplify cleaning, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Safety Interlock An integrated safety interlock helps protect both operators and equipment during operation.
  • Customizable Height Machine height can be customized according to workshop layout and installation requirements.
  • Optional Functions Optional level detection and heating functions are available for different material and process requirements.

Operating Workflow

How It Works

1

Material Feeding

Plastic raw materials are loaded through the lower feeding port into the mixing chamber.

2

Spiral Lifting

The rotating vertical screw continuously lifts material from the bottom of the chamber toward the top.

3

Material Dispersion

Material reaching the top is dispersed outward and falls back along the chamber wall.

4

Continuous Circulation

The lifting and falling process repeats continuously to distribute different materials throughout the batch.

5

Uniform Mixing

Continuous spiral circulation produces a uniform material mixture ready for the next production process.
