Core Advantages

Fast and Uniform Material Mixing

The TMV Series Vertical Mixer is designed for fast and uniform mixing of plastic raw materials, including virgin resin, regrind, plastic granules, and masterbatch. A vertically driven mixing paddle creates continuous material circulation inside the mixing chamber. Raw materials are lifted from the bottom, dispersed through the chamber, and returned downward repeatedly to achieve consistent mixing in a short time. The series is available in capacities from 25 to 300 kg. Stainless steel construction, a low-speed gear motor, sealed mixing chamber, safety interlock, timer control, and mobile caster design provide reliable and convenient operation for daily plastic processing applications.

Uniform Mixing

Continuous vertical material circulation promotes even distribution of resin, regrind, and masterbatch.

Short Mixing Time

Optimized paddle design allows materials to be blended efficiently within a short operating cycle.

Efficient Operation

Low-speed mixing provides effective material blending with controlled power consumption.

Easy Cleaning

Smooth stainless steel surfaces simplify material changeover and routine cleaning.

Key Features

Designed for Reliable Daily Mixing

  • Stainless Steel Construction The mixing chamber is made of stainless steel with smooth surfaces for durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning.
  • Optimized Mixing Paddles Thickened stainless steel paddles are precisely positioned to provide fast and uniform material circulation.
  • Vertical Gear Motor The vertical gear motor provides stable low-speed operation with low noise and long service life.
  • Fully Enclosed Design The enclosed mixing chamber helps reduce dust contamination during material preparation.
  • Safety Interlock A safety interlock on the chamber lid helps protect operators during machine operation.
  • Adjustable Timer Mixing time can be set from 0 to 30 minutes according to material and batch requirements.
  • Mobile Caster Design Integrated casters allow the mixer to be moved conveniently between production areas.

Operating Workflow

How It Works

1

Material Loading

Virgin resin, regrind, masterbatch, or other plastic materials are loaded into the mixing chamber.

2

Vertical Mixing

The motor drives the mixing paddles to lift material upward from the bottom of the chamber.

3

Material Circulation

Lifted material is dispersed through the chamber and falls back downward, creating continuous vertical circulation.

4

Uniform Blending

Repeated circulation distributes each material throughout the batch until a uniform mixture is achieved.

5

Material Discharge

After the preset mixing time is complete, the blended material is discharged for the next production process.
