The TMD Series Powerful Granulator is designed for high-capacity crushing and recycling of plastic runners, defective molded parts, pipes, profiles, sheets, blow-molded products, and large plastic components. Claw blade and flake blade configurations are available to match different material shapes, thicknesses, and crushing requirements. The heavy-duty cutting system provides strong shearing force and efficient size reduction for both individual machines and centralized recycling applications. The series offers crushing capacities from 150 to 1,600 kg/h, with motor powers from 3.7 to 55 kW. Replaceable screens, safety interlocks, motor overload protection, optional SKD-11 cutters, and multiple material collection configurations provide reliable operation for demanding plastic recycling systems.

Operating Workflow

How It Works

Material Feeding

Plastic runners, defective parts, pipes, profiles, or large plastic products enter the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper.

Heavy-Duty Cutting

The high-power rotor drives the claw or flake blades to cut and reduce the plastic material into smaller particles.

Particle Screening

Crushed material passes through the selected screen to achieve the required regrind particle size.

Material Collection

Qualified regrind is discharged into a storage container or transferred through an optional conveying system.

5

Return to Production

Recycled material can be blended with virgin resin at the required ratio and returned to the production process.
