Operating Workflow
How It Works
Chilled Water Circulation
The circulation pump delivers chilled water from the chiller to the mold or process equipment.
Process Heat Absorption
The chilled water absorbs process heat and returns to the chiller at a higher temperature.
Refrigeration Cooling
The evaporator transfers heat from the returning water into the refrigerant circuit.
Air-Cooled Heat Rejection
The condenser and fans discharge collected heat directly into the surrounding air.
Automatic Temperature Control
The controller continuously regulates the refrigeration system to maintain the required chilled water temperature.
