Operating Workflow
How It Works
Chilled Water Circulation
The water pump circulates chilled water between the chiller and the mold or process equipment.
Process Heat Absorption
Chilled water absorbs heat from the mold or equipment and returns to the chiller at a higher temperature.
Refrigeration Cooling
The refrigeration circuit removes heat from the returning water through the evaporator.
Heat Rejection
The condenser transfers collected heat to the cooling-water circuit, which carries it to the cooling tower.
Automatic Temperature Control
The controller continuously regulates the refrigeration system to maintain the required chilled water temperature.
