The circulation pump delivers heat transfer oil continuously between the controller and the mold circuit.

The heating system rapidly raises the circulating oil toward the required operating temperature.

Heated oil flows through the mold channels to transfer thermal energy and maintain the required mold temperature.

Temperature Monitoring & Control

The controller monitors process and return oil temperatures and continuously adjusts heating to maintain the set temperature.
