The TMC Series Oil Type Mold Temperature Controller is designed for precise and stable mold temperature control in injection molding processes. Using heat transfer oil as the circulating medium, it provides excellent thermal stability and is suitable for applications requiring higher operating temperatures. The system uses intelligent dual PID control to automatically regulate heating and cooling, maintaining temperature accuracy up to ±0.1°C. Indirect cooling prevents cooling water from mixing with the heat transfer oil and provides stable temperature regulation throughout production. Standard models operate up to 200°C, while high-temperature versions are available up to 300°C. High-quality components, integrated 304 stainless steel piping, multiple safety protections, and RS485 communication ensure reliable long-term operation and easy automation integration.

Oil Circulation

The circulation pump continuously delivers heat transfer oil through the temperature control system and mold circuit.

Rapid Heating

The heater raises the circulating oil to the required process temperature under automatic PID control.

Mold Heat Transfer

Conditioned oil flows through the mold channels to transfer heat and maintain the required mold temperature.

Indirect Cooling & Recirculation

When cooling is required, return oil is cooled through an indirect heat exchanger before being recirculated through the system.
