The TSD Series Cabinet Dryer is designed for drying plastic materials in small batches, especially when multiple materials need to be dried simultaneously or during trial molding. It features PID temperature control, insulated construction and uniform hot-air circulation to provide stable and even drying. The system can also be used for tempering plastic parts after molding to help improve product quality. Three models are available, with drying temperatures up to 250°C.

Operating Workflow

Hot-Air Circulation Drying Process

Material Loading

Plastic materials are placed evenly on the movable stainless-steel trays inside the drying cabinet.

Air Heating

The blower draws in air and passes it through the electric heater to reach the required drying temperature.

Uniform Hot-Air Drying

Heated air is distributed evenly through the cabinet and across the trays, transferring heat to the material and removing moisture.

Moisture Exhaust & Recirculation

Moisture-laden air is discharged through the exhaust outlet while the hot-air circulation continues to maintain stable and uniform drying.
